| On their way boating through the Aegean Sea, a group of travelers stop off at a remote Greek island only to find the local village completely deserted.
Soon, however, a towering cannibal savage begins picking them off one by one...and devouring them. Literally.
An atmosphere of musty, fusty doom serves this horror well. But the real star here is the notorious, free flowing red stuff...neck noshing...a dripping, live fetus ripped from its womb...the killer's own (offal) end.
This infamous Italian bloodfest from hardcore porn director D'Amato works surprisingly well, thanks in part to unassuming lead Farrow (Zombi 2, and Mia's sister), a likable supporting cast and some solid gore FX. Must be seen uncut or else what would be the point?
