Slaughter (1976)
90 min.
Directed by Burt Brinkerhoff.
With David McCallum, Sandra McCabe, George Wyner, Linda Gray, Eric Server, Sterling Swanson.
This is an aggressive little nature runs amok horror.

Unidentified animals begin to inexplicably maul cattle near a California college town.

In no time at all, humans find they've become the target.

The attackers? The owners' own domesticated dogs.

Will local professor Harlan Thompson (McCallum) discover a solution before the problem rages out of control?

Energetic '70s canine terror, with some enjoyable highlights including a doberman's attack on Gray in the shower, as well as the dogs' mass slaughter of students at a university.

This features a surprising amount of the red stuff, a pre-Dallas Linda Gray, and a clever little climax.

Now, everybody sing along: 'How much is that doggy in the win...AAGHGHGHGhhghghghg!'

Known also simply as Dogs.
