Mausoleum (1983)
96 min.
Directed by Michael Dugan.
With Bobbie Bresee, Marjoe Gortner, La Wanda Page, Norman Burton, Maurice Sherbanee, Laura Hippe.
Inept, disposable horror.

Susan Nomed (played by Bobbie Bresee, a former Playboy bunny) is blonde, young, and beautiful.

She's also possessed by a demon which causes her to kill off suspecting folks in grisly fashion! (Usually after she's seduced and had sex with them first.)

Turns out the curse runs in the Nomed family, since her mother died as a result of demonic possession.

Does director Dugan execute any of this nonsense in an interesting or engaging way? No.

Well made possession movies can be counted on one hand...and unfortunately this ain't one of them.

The drab and unconvincing acting is marred by some rather underwhelming special effects.

And the misplaced humor only makes it all add up to one big letdown. Case in point: a pair of breasts with yapping fangs.

Recommended only for horror completists. Or La Wanda Page fans. Or both.
