Surprisingly strong followup to the superior 1960 classic Village of the Damned.

A group of multinational children armed with supernatural powers are transported to London for extensive study and observation. Turns out the little devils wish to form a sort of 'coven' intent on wiping out all of mankind.

Effective and low key horror drama is well executed and is adept at building a fair amount of atmosphere. The children are still extremely creepy in this one (a basic necessity), benefitting from some strong child performers and an overall sense of dread. Really deserves to be seen back to back with the first movie as a nice double feature set.
